Sue Heyne

Sue Heyne, 70, of Atlantic, Iowa, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2026, at her home.

Sue Ann was born on December 21, 1955, in Audubon, Iowa, the daughter of Nels Marvin and Jo Ellen (Bengard) Christensen. Following graduation from Elk Horn - Kimballton High School she enrolled in classes at Metropolitan Tech in Omaha, Nebraska.

Sue worked at antique stores in Walnut and Atlantic for many years and also at Clarinda Company for nine years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Nels and Jo Ellen Christensen; sister, Jerene Andersen; and brother, Tim Christensen.

Cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
