Justin Hoeck, 26, of Atlantic, passed away in Atlantic, Iowa on Monday, May 5, 2008.
Justin Eugene Hoeck was born the son of Norman and Deb (Misner) Hoeck-Thomas in Atlantic on January 28, 1982.
His family and friends will remember how much he enjoyed his hobbies, fishing, cooking and playing drums. Justin’s daughters, Crystal and TiffaniAnne have been the love of his life.
He is survived by his fiancé Cassie Weeks and their children Crystal and TiffaniAnne; his parents, Norman Hoeck and his wife Sue and Deb Thomas and husband Rick, all of Atlantic; brothers and sisters, Melissa Murray and husband Steve, Nick Dorscher and significant other Kayla Reiner, Nathan Dorscher, Mitchell Hoeck, all of Atlantic; Cassie's family ~ Justin's mother-in-law and father-in-law, Faun and Gary Weeks of Omaha, NE; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bobbijo Journey and husband Greg of PA, Jason Weeks of Omaha, NE, Jake Weeks of Lansing, MI, Jamie Garcia of FL, Karyl Goodoien and husband Alan military based in Iraq, Skye Arispe and husband Andrew of Omaha, NE, Rick Rolls of Omaha, Angelique Weeks, Lucas Weeks of Omaha and Vincent Weeks of Omaha; his grandparents, Wilbert and Ellen Hoeck of Atlantic, Betty Brown of Elk Horn, and Velda Hughes of Bellvue, Ne; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Misner; great grandparents, Jens and Alji Rasmussen and Edward and Etta Hoeck; Elji and Jens Rasmussen, Etta and Edward Hoeck, and cousins, Joshua Misner,Richard Hughes, Bob Weeks and Cassie weeks.
Funeral Information
The funeral will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 14 at Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic. Burial will be in the Atlantic Cemetery following the service. Pastor Ken Davidson of the Zion Lutheran Church in Atlantic will officiate. The family will meet with relatives and friends for a visitation at Rolands on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00.
